20 and 16 year old convicted of Robbery

Clement Bol

In the courts, twenty year old Clement Bol and a sixteen year old minor were today convicted of Robbery and Harm for an incident that occurred on September eighth, 2010. The victim, Christopher Pitts, testified during the trial that he was walking home from work when he was ambushed by four men. According to Pitts, one of his attackers placed a gun behind his head while the others relieved him of two gold rings, three pairs of gold earrings, a cellular phone and two hundred and fifty dollars cash; a total value of one thousand, five hundred and twenty-five dollars. Pitts said he heard one of the assailants telling the gunman to shoot him and a single shot was fired as they fled the scene, but it missed. He recognized Bol in the group and later identified the minor to police, but they both denied being involved in the robbery. Magistrate Emmerson Banner imposed a fine of five thousand, five hundred dollars each to be paid by the end of October. The other two robbers were never found.
