Cops look for clues in murder of Benque taxi man

Police in Benque Viejo are appealing for the public’s assistance in solving the murder of forty year old taxi driver Alfredo Howe. Howe was found lying in the back seat of his Toyota Corolla with stab wounds to the throat, chin, chest, arms and hands.

According to the police, they have no suspects or a motive in the case. Last Thursday night around eight twenty, a patrol visited an area between miles sixty eight and sixty nine on the Western Highway where they observed a car that had crashed into a light pole. A closer inspection of the vehicle resulted in the gruesome discovery along with two blood stained knives believed to be the murder weapons. If you have any information that can assist in the investigation, call the nearest police station or Crime Stoppers at 0 – 800 – 922 – 8477.
