Levaun Morgan loots $1800 from best friend

And a woman finds herself in all kinds of trouble with the law after her best friend reported to police that she had robbed her of cash over a period of time. Loretta Gillett alleges that twenty-two year old Levaun Morgan of Antelope Street Extension stole almost eighteen hundred dollars. Gillett alleges that the crime occurred between May nineteenth and August ninth. Just how Morgan was able to do it is not clear but when she appeared before Magistrate Sharon Frazer this morning, Morgan was charged with four counts of Theft and one count of Obtaining Property by Deception. She pleaded not guilty to all counts and was granted bail of two thousand dollars which she met. She is due back in court on October twentieth.
