“I must say that operationally we are doing do our best in order to try and see how best we could investigate these cases. We have the assistance of the other intelligence units within the division, assisting C.I.B. on these investigations because we want to find out who are responsible. And I will also sound it loud and clear to those persons responsible who are out there, who has the propensity of firing shots around the city as they would want to, that we will be coming at them very strongly and we are not running any games with them we have given them the opportunity to try and settle what ever problems they may have and try to put down the guns. And if they do not want to do so the easy way then we will use whatever laws there are out there in order to bring them to justice and deal with them very very swift and severely.”
