All Saints School burglarized
The All Saints Primary School in Belize City was also burglarized over the New Year’s holiday weekend. The perpetrators took advantage of the time when students and teachers are on vacation and the caretaker, who lives nearby was away for several days. It wasn’t until Wednesday that the caretaker detected that the school’s cafeteria and infant one classrooms had been broken into. An assortment of small kitchen appliances and school supplies were stolen. It is believed that the burglars moved through the building’s attic to access multiple rooms. Burglar bar doors were removed from the cafeteria and classes, but you wouldn’t know just by looking because the culprits carefully leaned the doors back in place to look as if nothing had happened. The value of the missing items is not yet known, but the school has been properly secured.
