Toledo teen dies of injuries; driver charged

A Toledo teenager badly hurt in a road accident last week has died of his injuries. Thirteen year old Julian Coc–his name was mistakenly reported to police as Pop–succumbed on Saturday at the K.H.M.H. He had been knocked off his bicycle on Thursday night by a motorcycle while riding on the Southern Highway in the village of San Roman. The driver of the motorcycle, twenty year old Francisco Mas of Indianville Village, has been additionally charged with the crimes of Manslaughter by Negligence and Causing Death by Careless Conduct, having been previously charged with Driving Without a Valid Permit and Operating a Vehicle that was neither Licensed nor Insured.
