New Cabinet Secretary, New Speaker of House

When the House meets next Wednesday for the first time in this term, there’s going to be a new speaker. That was revealed among other appointments that were announced today. That presentation included the other U.D.P. senators and the Cabinet Secretary.

“There are some other appointments that I can disclose at this time. The Speaker of the House once we properly elect him will be Mister Michael Peyrefitte. The President of the Senate will be Mister Mark Pech. The two remaining senators, apart from the four that are going to be ministers, will be Miss Juliet Thimbriel and Mister Gerardo Marconi Sosa from Benque Viejo del Carmen. The Sergeant at Arms will continue to be Yellow-man. The new Cabinet Secretary who will take up his position on the first of April will be Mister Carlos Perdomo. And I believe ladies and gentlemen that that concludes the announcements.”
