Second man charged in Daly Street shooting
Police have arrested a second suspect in Thursday’s shooting on Daly Street. Twenty-six year old Marvin Ottley of Vasquez Avenue is the man who police believe assisted Allen James, who was arrested last week. Ottley, like James, has been similarly charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault and Attempted Murder and one count each of Dangerous Harm, Deadly Means of Harm, and Robbery. Both Ottley and James have been remanded to Hattieville prison.
