Tailor charged for sexual assault of ten year old

A tailor living in San Pedro has been arrested and charged after a ten year old girl reported he sexually assaulted her. The child has told police that while walking home from school on June ninth, fifty-eight year old Jacinto Hector Castillo grabbed her, threatened her, and then forced her into his house. The girl then alleges that Castillo fondled her before engaging in intercourse. The girl claims that following the attack, the accused gave her five dollars and sent her back to school. Perhaps most disturbing about the case is the student’s allegation that the latest incident was the third time that Castillo had sexually assaulted her. According to police sources, Castillo has been previously convicted of exposing his person in public and indecent assault. He has been remanded to Hattieville prison pending trial.
