Family desperate for information that will lead to killers

News Five made several attempts to speak with the family of Javier Larios; however, they eventually declined comment. Moses’ mother, Yolanda Orellano, told us this afternoon that she is at a loss for words over the death of her son. She is desperately appealing to the public to come forward with any information that can lead to an arrest in the homicides.

“I noh know weh happen. I don’t know what happened. I know he went out to enjoy himself and he never did return home. What I am asking the good Lord in heaven let us know who is the one that murdered the two of them because the two of them are cousins. That is what I am begging the good Lord in heaven. I love my son and what I am begging the public here if they can please, if they can, if they know something about what happened out there, if they can please help out the police, you know, with what is happening.”

“So it was your son Moses Orellano and his cousin Javier Larios who were both together at the Agric Show. What are the other families saying? What are the parents or the family of Javier saying?”

“Dehn di say di same thing because di two ah dehn dehn mi di heng together, di same thing, di same moment everything happen. Da mi just wahn fast thing.”

“Their bodies weren’t found far apart from each other. Initially, the body of Javier was found and it was taken to the hospital and then secondly, they came upon the body of your son. What were you told were the injuries inflicted to your son?”

“Well, one stab wound in his heart, straight to his heart. One only and that’s what killed him.”

“Look yah, the last time I si dah man dah mi two weeks ago because he nuh come hail mi yah. And dah just, just today I gone because I give ah the house because he neva di pay rent because he say ih come from somewhere and ih don’t got no money to pay rent suh I tell ah I wah give you di house fi wah month and I gone back deh today and when I gone the house still shut up. And today now when I hear the man dead.”
