SUV owner wakes to burnt vehicle

And though there are those who do the right thing, there are plenty who are ready to commit offences.  On Tuesday night, police were called out on Kelly Street where a Sport Utility Vehicle belonging to Lynn Leslie was observed on fire. Leslie told police that she was asleep on the upper flat of her two storey wooden home when she was awakened by an explosion coming from the western side of the house. Fire officials were called out to scene where they were able to extinguish the flames but not before the vehicle was completed destroyed. The cause of the fire has not yet been determined and police investigations continue into this potential arson.
