Butane prices increase by nine dollars

Meanwhile, word out of Belmopan tonight is that butane prices have increased by nine dollars. According to a press release issued by the Government, the new price of a hundred pound cylinder is as follows: one hundred and two dollars in Belize City, one hundred and four dollars in Belmopan, and one hundred and seven dollars in San Ignacio. Customers in Benque will now pay one hundred and eight dollars, Orange Walk buyers will shell out one hundred and three bucks, while Corozal clients will pay one hundred and two dollars. In the south, the rate in Dangriga is one hundred and four while Punta Gorda residents will be charged one hundred and five dollars.
