Story PictureThe post mortem conducted on the body of eighteen year old Romero Logan has determined that he drowned. Forensic pathologist Hugh Sanchez certified cause of death as asphyxia due to drowning, ruling out any possibility of foul play. But despite that fact, today the victim’s family continues to dispute the finding.
