Fisherman killed in southside stabbing
Just as police began to investigate the shooting incident at the corner of George and Dean Streets, detectives received word of a stabbing incident in another part of southside Belize City. When officers arrived at the scene, they found twenty-seven year old fisherman Barrington Logan better known as Barry gravely injured. He was rushed to the K.H.M.H. but died en route. Subsequent investigations have revealed that around eleven this morning, Logan was on Antelope Street Extension when someone walked up to him and stabbed him in the eye. Witnesses say Logan ran away from his attacker bleeding profusely but soon collapsed onto the street.
