Traffic Officer is CitCo Employee of the Year
He controls chaos on a daily basis and for his years of dedicated service, this month the Belize City Council is honouring one of its own as Employee of the Year. News Five’s Janelle Chanona reports.

For the past four and a half years, forty year old traffic officer Frank Foster has been controlling the congestion of vehicles, cyclists and pedestrians that dominate downtown Belize City.
And with his trademark white gloves in place, Frank Foster definitely has a style all his own.
