Moya: garbage problem persists in old capital
And while the City Council is trying to sort out its property issues, this afternoon Mayor Zenaida Moya took the opportunity to discuss the garbage situation plaguing the old capital. Moya says while sting operations have resulted in three people being issued garbage tickets, the city wide problem persists.
