One arrested, one sought in Conch Shell Bay murder
Making good on their pledge to act quickly following Monday night’s murder in Conch Shell Bay, police today arrested and charged one suspect and are hot on the heels of another.

Twenty-five year old Leonardo Cassanova, a fisherman and resident of the Conch Shell Bay Area is one of the persons police say was involved in the shooting death of twenty-four year old Jose Noe Barrow. It was only this afternoon that police got a breakthrough in the case and made the arrest.
