Driver charged in fatal accident
The driver of a pickup truck involved in a fatal accident has been arrested and charged. Jerry Moro of Camalote Village was at the wheel around three Saturday morning when he lost control of the Mazda between miles forty-five and forty-six on the Western Highway. Twenty-four year old Jose Rash, who was riding in the pan, was killed in the ensuing impact. Moro has been charged with Manslaughter by Negligence, Causing Death by Careless Conduct, and Driving without Due Care and Attention.
