Attempted murder suspect sought by police

Dangriga police are tonight asking for the public’s assistance in finding a wanted man accused of attempted murder. According to the authorities, twenty-seven year old Eldon Anthony Leslie, also known as “Major” is one of the two people that burglarized the home of sixty-five year old Windell Nunez on September fourteenth. Nunez reported to police that on that day he woke up to find two men in his home. When the retiree approached the duo, he was brutally beaten and left for dead. As soon as he is detained, Leslie will be charged with attempted murder, burglary and wounding. Those are the same offences Leslie’s alleged accomplice, twenty-six year old Frank Arzu, faced when he was arrested following police investigations into the incident.
