Shadene Ottley is Queen of the Bay

While the carnival competition ended in chaos on Saturday night, the selection of the sixty-first Queen of the Bay was much less dramatic. Here are some highlights from the City Centre.

Shadene Ottley’s coronation will take place at the official Tenth Day ceremonies on September eleventh.
