Thieves jack liquor/sound system from nightclub
A local nightclub won’t be beating out this weekend after a thief or thieves helped themselves to several pieces of sound equipment. According to police, manager John Curly has reported that between seven Tuesday night and three on Wednesday afternoon someone broke into the Palm Island Night Club on the Northern Highway and stole a variety of liquor, a DVD projector and a CD player, all valued at more than five thousand dollars.
