Safiyyah explores Blancaneaux Lodge

It’s the weekend and coming up next Safiyyah tells us where’s the party and why the Blancaneux Lodge is world class.

Hey I’m Safiyyah and this is what’s happening Belize?

Everyone has been talking about it and it’s finally here, this weekend is the huge Costa Maya Festival in La Isla Bonita, San Pedro. The official festivities include lasts night La Riena de la Costa Maya Pageant and tonight’s Mega concert featuring Mario Mejia and Supa G. But don’t worry, if you’re not out there tonight you can still go out tomorrow and enjoy Cristian Castro live in concert. There will also be lots of parades, music dancing and scrumptious food.

While in San Pedro you can join in on the fun of Mas Fuego! This includes a beach party on Saturday and Sunday at the Big Daddy’s Beach lounge from eleven a.m. to six pm. This beach party will have games, swimsuit contests and DJs like Tagg International, Belizean Movements and Super Mario.

And for after dark fun in San Pedro Mas Fuego will bring you Ladies night tonight inside Fido’s and International night tomorrow night inside Fido’s as well. These super hype parties will feature Belizean Movements, Tagg International, DJ Flex, DJ Debbie and Super Mario.

If you want to join in on some major fun tonight in the city you can go check out the Perky Parrot for a Soca Explosion. This one promises to be real hype with entertainment by Ladies giving a costume display. This is being held to help raise funds for the Soca Massive Carnival Band. The fun begins at 10pm. So go out and support Carnival.
