U.B. rescinds hike in fees
There is good news tonight for students at the University of Belize. According to a release from the U.B. Board of Trustees, government has heeded the request of student leaders and will make up the financial shortfall that required the school’s administration to raise a number of fees for the upcoming academic year. The release adds, however, that G.O.B. will not be responsible for paying any late registration fees.
