Women fight over man; he?s been dead 10 years

Rather than do hard time, tonight two women arrested for beating each other over a man have agreed to keep the peace. Sixty-four year old Ampero Burgos and fifty-seven year old Rose Lino appeared before Magistrate Robert Ordonez today and promised to stop assaulting each other. In default, both will be taken into custody. The last quarrel between the two took place around eleven on Sunday morning on Collet Canal. Burgos was armed with an umbrella … Lino had a bucket. As to the source of their disorderly conduct, it seems that thirty years ago, Burgos accused Lino of having an affair with her husband and the two have been at it ever since. Thing is, the man in question has been dead for ten years.
