Police Sgt. charged w/ molesting 12 yr. old
In more disturbing news from Belmopan, this week a sergeant of police was charged with the molestation of a child. In Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, sergeant of police James Cayetano, a member of Belmopan’s Special Branch was formally charged with the sexual offence following a report by a twelve year old girl. The police officer has been interdicted from duty until the conclusion of the trial. We understand that Cayetano was represented in court by Attorney Oswald Twist.
