Tutsi Usher Acquitted of Wounding Hattieville Teacher
Thirty-one year old Darrell “Tutsi” Usher, the son of well-known P.U.P. Port Loyola Candidate, Gilroy Usher, was today set free when Chief Magistrate Anne Marie Smith struck out a charge of Wounding. Usher was accused of beating up teacher Christine Neal in Hattieville. Neal did not show up in court today and the Chief Magistrate told Usher that he need not return to the count on the matter. Usher was charged back in May and maintained that he was wrongly accused. The teacher had complained that on April twenty-fifth while she was at a repast for the late Mark McKoy, Usher punched her in the face and kicked her in the stomach. Neal claimed that Usher acted out in haste and anger mistaking her for someone else. The injuries led the teacher to seek medical assistance at the KHMH where a doctor classified her injuries as wounding.
