Price, Young to receive honorary U.W.I. degrees
Two eminent Belizeans are among those slated to receive honorary degrees from the University of the West Indies. Former Prime Minister George Price and current Governor General Sir Colville Young are among thirteen honourees at upcoming graduation ceremonies at the three main U.W.I. campuses. Sir Colville will be conferred with a doctor of laws degree at the Mona Campus in Jamaica while Price will receive a similar honour at St. Augustine in Trinidad.
