Police officer accused of assault another officer

A police officer is before the courts for criminal charges against a female cop. Thirty year old Police officer Randolph Scott is accused of aggravated assault of an indecent nature and harm upon a female woman police officer. The interdicted cop appeared before Magistrate, Dale Cayetano in Court on Monday and pleaded not guilty and is due back on December twelfth, 2013. The alleged victim claims that this past Saturday at about eleven-fifteen, she was working station duties when she was approached by Scott who reportedly proceeded to sexually assaulted her. She claims that when she refused his advances and she tried to defend herself Scott punched her in the mouth resulting in a bruised lower lip.    A doctor who examined the woman classified her injuries as harm.
