Social Security expands scholarships to U.B.
In related news the Social Security Board has announced that it is expanding its scholarship programme to include bachelor degrees at the University of Belize. The six, two year scholarships, valued at twenty thousand dollars each, are open to sixth form graduates with a minimum three point zero grade point average and have received a letter of acceptance from the University. The required areas of study are tourism management, nursing, natural resource management or social work. Deadline for applications is June ninth.
