Hispanic male body found in Mount Pleasant Heights
There is another murder to report tonight. On Monday police discovered the body of eighty-two year old taxi driver James Young in the area of Teakettle in the Cayo District on the Western Highway. And today another body has surfaced. The victim is a Hispanic man believed to be between his thirties and forties. His identity is still not known at news time and the cops need your help to determine who he was. The gruesome discovery was made around nine this morning in the Mount Pleasant Heights area about a half a mile off the Western Highway between miles forty-four and forty-five. Just two miles away, the body of businesswoman, Rosa Christina Cornejo, was discovered in April. That murder is still unresolved. And according to the Investigating Officer, Corporal Santiago Pott of the Belmopan C.I.B., there are very few answers or leads to go on in this latest homicide.
