Belmopan murder victim remains unidentified

Police in Belmopan also have a homicide on their hands. On Sunday night they were called to Montalvo Street in the Las Flores neighbourhood where they were shown the unidentified body of a man suffering from numerous chop wounds to the head and neck. The deceased was lying on a foam mattress in a house that he had just moved into. He is believed to be of Honduran nationality. Police think the murder occurred Saturday night or early Sunday morning and are looking for a man who was last seen with the murder victim.
