Man sentenced to 3 years for molesting a 5 year old child

A twenty-six year old man was convicted in court today for molesting a five year-old child in the city. Ian McNab appeared to be a bit disturbed but showed no remorse only saying that he was guilty of the crime when he appeared before Magistrate Dale Cayetano.  McNab was accused of molesting the young child last Friday at her house. Minutes after committing the act, the frightened child notified her father who tried to confront McNab but he fled. The child told her father that she was coming down the stairway of her house when McNab also known as “Baby” approached her and pushed his hand into her underwear and proceeded to touch her inappropriately. For the heinous act, he was sentenced to three years imprisonment.
