Death in O.W. district of undetermined origin

Orange Walk police are awaiting the results of a post mortem to find out what determine the death of a sixty three year old farmer in that district. According to police the body of Guatemalan Salomon Guzman was found by a gate at the entrance to La Quinta farm located nine miles on the Honey Camp Road where he worked. Authorities say there were no visible signs of injuries although a small amount of blood was observed coming from one of his ears. Investigations reveal that the last time Guzman was seen alive was on Friday afternoon after four, but it was not until Sunday afternoon that workers made the grim discovery. Police say the deceased was found with his shirt on but his pants were rolled down to the knees. A further search of the property did not yield anything suspicious. Authorities say they discovered a number of prescribed medications in Guzman’s name that they believe may help clear up the mystery.
