Woman with baby charged possession of crack

Also in court, a woman who went to visit with relatives on Caye Caulker finds herself in all kinds of trouble tonight. Thirty-three year old Michelle Sedacey was allegedly busted in the village with crack cocaine inside a bag. Police say they thought Sedacey was acting suspiciously and that’s why they detained the Belize City resident and searched her. It yielded seventeen grams of crack cocaine. The incident occurred around one-thirty on Thursday afternoon on the beach front near the old Cemetery. In court this evening, Sedacey pleaded not guilty to Drug Trafficking before Senior Magistrate, Dorothy Flowers. She met bail of three thousand dollars and is due back in court on September twenty-fifth.
