3 injured in accident near Gardenia
It didn’t make it on the police blotter today, but we were able to confirm with the Rural Executive Officer of the Police Department, Assistant Superintendent Christopher Noble, that sometime around eight on Sunday night, police responded to a road traffic accident near Gardenia village on the Phillip Goldson Highway. Two vehicles, including this green Isuzu Tracker, collided head on. Three persons were injured and taken to the hospital for assistance. According A.S.P. Noble, the police continue its investigation into the accident.

“In the area of Gardenia. It was a head on collision. The vehicle is outside, a tracker.”

“Was it fatal for anyone?”
ASP Christopher Noble
“No it was not fatal. Persons were taken to the hospital and were being attended to. Their conditions are unknown to us at this time, but we are looking into what was a traffic accident in that area. We have at least three persons injured. And persons in the vehicle, I won’t be able to give you the names. You would have to refer to the press release for it.”
