Noel Zetina granted Supreme Court bail
He was accused of shooting at an Orange Walk man back in January 2013 and even though he had fled the jurisdiction, Noel Zetina was granted Supreme Court bail in the sum of fifteen thousand dollars in the court of Justice Herbert Lord. Bail was vehemently objected to by the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions. Despite the objection, Zetina was released on six conditions in which Judge Lord order he must surrender all his travel documents to the Supreme Court, including his passport. He is also to report to the Orange Walk Police Station three times a week including Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between the hours of eight-thirty a.m., and four-thirty p.m. Zetina is to attend all his court adjournments in the Magistrate’s Court in Orange Walk until his case is disposed of.
