While Penner was arraigned in Belmopan, in the San Ignacio Court, Gabino Garnett Junior was charged for murder. Garnett Junior was wanted by San Ignacio police in connection with the stabbing death of Earl Baizar and is tonight on remand at the Belize Central Prison after his arraignment this morning before magistrate Nardia Morgan. The accused was on the run from authorities since the murder of the Dangriga resident on March seventh.  It is reported that both men were involved in a physical altercation inside a popular nightclub that night in San Ignacio.  The misunderstanding led to Baizar being mortally wounded.  The twenty year old was stabbed multiple times to the left side of the chest, left hand, left underarm and right thigh.  He was later discovered a short distance away from the nightclub bleeding profusely.  Baizar succumbed to his injuries after being rushed to the San Ignacio Hospital.
