Brother stabs brother in fight over gun

A quarrel over a gun has landed a teenager in the hospital and his fifteen year old brother in police custody. According to authorities, around one on Sunday morning sixteen year old Luis Cardinez and his fifteen year old sibling got into a fight over a firearm. Apparently, the younger boy had stolen the weapon from Cardinez and when he found out the two went at it. During the brawl, the younger brother took out a knife and stabbed Cardinez in his lower back. The victim has since been admitted to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital and remains in serious condition. Police have now charged the fifteen year old with dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm. The gun in questions has not been recovered.
