Husband charged in Pomona murder case
In news from the south, police reports are that Dangriga cops have arrested and charged the prime suspect in the death of twenty-six year old Lydia Smith. According to authorities, thirty-one year old Marlon Hyde, a resident of Cotton Tree Village, has been arraigned on a charge of murder. Smith and Hyde had recently separated after a tumultuous six year relationship that had produced three children. Smith was found dead in her bedroom in Pomona on Tuesday morning by family members. Post-mortem results reveal that she died of pulmonary oedema due to strangulation.
