Threatening words lands woman in court
A woman, who allegedly made threats against another woman to allegedly set her house on fire with all her family members inside, was before the court today to answer to two serious indictable offenses. She is thirty-eight year old Belize City resident, Hilda Locario Kelly, who was arraigned for threat to damage of property and threat to death. Allegations are that on Saturday, April thirty-sixth, 2014, she uttered the threats to Marilyn Wade. No plea was taken from the accused when she appeared before Senior Magistrate Sharon Fraser since the two matters will be tried at the Supreme Court. She was offered bail in the sum of two thousand dollars with the condition that she stays away from the complainant. Locario/Kelly is due back in Court on July first, 2014. This is a second indictable offense charge levied against Locario/Kelly, who is presently out on bail for arson.
