Best of times, worst of times for Belizean NBA star
And in a final sports note, we are happy to report that on Saturday night Belizean Milt Palacio tied his career scoring mark by tallying twenty points in a game against the Houston Rockets. In addition to his nine buckets and two free throws, Palacio also pitched in with six assists. His team, the Utah Jazz, lost the game however, 102-88. Ironically, the night before against the Minnesota Timberwolves, Milt had what may have been the worst night of his career, going zero for eleven from the floor and scoring just two points on free throws. But despite Milt’s lack of success, the Jazz won by a score of 94-80. Palacio started and played over thirty minutes in both games.
