Supreme Court Justice warns journalists
And while we’re on the subject of sex crimes, Justice Adolph Lucas today used the occasion of a trial for carnal knowledge to warn the press about how it covers such cases. He particularly reminded reporters that they are not to publish the name of any minor involved in sexual assaults and emphasized that there is a place in Hattieville prison for those journalists who fail to heed his advice. Any breach of his order, said Justice Lucas, will be considered a contempt of court.
