Badillo Family Seeks Assistance With Medical Expenses
Four men were injured when a boat exploded near the hanger area of Belize City on Holy Thursday. Two of them had to be hospitalized. The captain, Romaldo “Romi” Badillo, sustained second and third degree burns to seventy percent of his body and has since been taken to a hospital in Guatemala for treatment. His medical expenses are in the tune of two hundred thousand dollars and over the weekend, the family was able to raise approximately fourteen thousand dollars. Now, they are hoping that the public can further assist them with covering the medical expenses for the veteran boat captain.

The account number is 200365740 or you can contact her at 600-9836 or myself at 620-0569. And on Facebook we also have a GoFundMe account which is legal; so feel free to make contribution to those accounts and the GoFundMe site.”

Just as an update on the bank account, there is one set up under the name of “Fundraising for Romi Badillo” at Atlantic Bank #211567972.
