K.H.M.H. Chair Chandra Nisbet-Cansino Asked to Step Down. Was it Political?
News Five has been able to confirm that Chair of the K.H.M.H. Board of Governors, Chandra Nisbet-Cansino, was approached on Monday and asked to resign. Nisbet-Cansino has been Chair for the past three years, and sources close to her tell us that just this June she had signed a contract for an additional three years. So why this sudden and, we are told, very unexpected pressure to resign? Reliable sources say that the motive is completely political and has to do primarily with the recent loss by Darrell Bradley in Caribbean Shores. The Nisbets are a very large family in that division, and are traditionally U.D.P., but we are told that they did not come out to back Bradley in last week’s election. Prime Minister Dean Barrow has gone on record to say that he was most shocked by that loss. Sources close to Nisbet-Cansino also tell us that the K.H.M.H. Chair has not had an exactly wonderful relationship with newly re-appointed Minister of Health Pablo Marin, so that is also likely a factor in her removal from that post. News Five was unable to reach Nisbet-Cansino for comment today, but we are told that she will preside over her last Board meeting at the K.H.M.H. on Thursday.

How vindictive but she asked for it anyway broadcasting all over she didn’t support her party anymore. 2 wrongs.
What a pity? This is outrageous nobody wanted the taxsucker.
Right. She asked for it because she dared to speak her mind. Is it Russia or north Korea we’re living in?
