A Belizean Businessman is Arrested in Honduras
A Belizean businessman was arrested today in Honduras; August Henry Tabony was detained while he was at the Juan Manuel Gálvez Roatan International Airport. According to reports from La Prensa Honduras, he had not declared more than sixteen thousand four hundred and ninety U.S. dollars in cash he was carrying on him. The sixty-five year old businessman had the monies in various denominations of a hundred, fifty, twenty and ten-dollar-notes. Tabony was handed over to the Honduran police and is expected to be charged with money laundering.
