It mostly went under the radar, but Guatemala’s Ombudsman Jorge de León Duque, was on visit on Wednesday. According to online information, de Leon Duque met with his local counterpart, Ombudsman Lionel Arzu at the Office of the O.A.S. at the Adjacency Zone.
