“When you come together, you may have a territory that probably is a little lacking in some area. Because one of the territory is surpassing their expectations, so what is happening in that territory, they will be able to extend that level of conversation so that I will be able to leave here, going back to my home territory, understanding that I can implement some of the proposals that the person has. This morning, the discussion started with where one territory had an issue with legislation in their territory and a country like Trinidad and Tobago, because the legislation arm is very strong there, the member from the territory was able to assist letting the person from Saint Lucia know that this is something that you need to promote, this is something that you need to stick to in order to get legislation in your territory.”
