Jacob Kingston Testifies on Lev Dermen’s Introduction to Belize

Jacob Kingston continued with his testimony in the Salt Lake court at today’s sitting. Kingston’s testimony is highly anticipated and is critical for the prosecution if it is to seal the case against Lev Dermen, his former business partner who is also known as Levon Termendzhyan.  Since Wednesday, Kingston has been providing background to his business relationship to Dermen, who is accused with ten charges on money-laundering.  This afternoon, the jury heard about Dermen’s introduction to Belize in 2012.
