Was a COVID-19 Patient Out and About?
A photograph has been circulating on social media; it is allegedly that of a doctor, who earlier this week tested positive for COVID-19. Now, according to the allegation, the doctor was captured on surveillance camera at one-thirty today and he was out in public. If so it is cause for alarm, but we have not been able to confirm the report.
