Sergio Nal Junior Needs Your Help!
The family of forty-seven-year-old Sergio Nal Junior is asking for the public’s help tonight. Nal was diagnosed with chronic pancreatitis and is in urgent need of a surgery. Today, his daughter Janeen is appealing for your help to save her dad’s life.

“My dad is suffering from a chronic pancreatitis and a gastric problem. The surgery is called gastric bypass. This means that they need to connect his stomach directly to his intestine because his intestine is expanded. So, there is obstruction and therefore whatever he consumes it causes emesis which means he throws up frequently. Whatever he consumes now, whether water, fruits, he then throws up in the next thirty, forty minutes. So, this has been happening for two months. We have been around, in and out of hospitals; San Ignacio, Belmopan – and they basically they just told us that they can only stabilize him. So, he comes home and gets back weak and goes back to the hospital and the same routine basically. So, now we have some God-send solution at the Belize Medical Associate. They said he needs an emergency surgery which is the gastric bypass for my dad to be able to eat. If he doesn’t do the surgery, he will continue to get weaker and he will suffer a heart attack. At this time, due to the weakness he has been suffering from spasms where his hands and feet they just bend. So, this is what has been happening because he can’t consume any food or liquid and so what they have him on is the drips so that he can get some kind of nutrients. We are doing fundraisers and we are asking for donations also. The surgery costs approximately forty-two thousand five hundred dollars. So, we are just reaching out to people we know and out to the general public for some donation and if they can make any kind of donation to my dad’s account that would be helpful at this time. Any dollar, we would truly appreciate. It is only my mom, my dad and I. I don’t have a job and my dad doesn’t either as he is in the hospital. So, we would truly like some kind of help for my dad.”
